Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a full refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days for any product that is unopened. Please feel free to contact us: Process for returns:

• Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#).
• Enclose a note telling us what you would like to happen such as replacement, exchange, or refund and the RMA#. We track orders by number, date, or customer's last name, so letting us know who or when your item was ordered will speed your satisfaction.
• Box up the product and use whatever carrier you wish.
