SHIPPING

We do not ship outside of the USA.
Some items are listed as in-store pick up only, this is due to the size &/or weight of the item making them difficult to ship for our small shop. We appreciate your understanding!

RETURNS

We accept returns for unopened and unused products, except for Trading Card Products.
- With a receipt: we offer returns as store credit, gift card, or the refund back onto a card.
- Without a receipt*: we offer returns as strictly store credit or as a gift card.
- All Trading Card Products are FINAL SALE. We do not accept any returns or refunds for TCG products, even if sealed.

For shipped products: You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment and we will offer a full refund for all product that is in "like new" condition upon it's arrival.

*Games without receipts must meet the following criteria to be accepted as a return. 
- Condition: In-Shrink/Unopened and unused. And no extensive damage to the product/box. This is evaluated on a case by case basis.
- Must be the latest edition of the game. Meaning the ISBNs must match what is available in distribution.
- Must be an item we have listed in our system. Meaning we actively or regularly order the item from distribution.
